In this article i will explain you what you have to do after JKBOPEE announces merit list/result. As most of students have doubts related it. As already notified by me that result will be declared after july 20.

MERIT LIST

Firstly jkbopee will release merit list/result. In merit list students can check their marks out of 180. In merit list jkbopee allots Rank to every candidate. All the candidates who appeared in entrance test (around 23000) will have their names in merit list and also ranks will be alloted to all students in merit list.ranks will be as per merit. So, if your name is in merit list it does not mean your selected.

FIRST ROUND OF COUNSELLING

After merit list, Jkbopee will release separate notification (counselling notification) in which they will call students for counselling (or allotment of seats), this will be first physical round of counselling. In this round jkbopee will call a limited no. Of (say e.g upto rank 4000) out of total appeared candidates.  The 4000 candidates called for first round have to visit jkbopee office as per schedule notified in counselling notification (e.g on 1st day of first round around rank 500 candidates will be called similarly on 2nd day of first round upto rank 1000 will be called.) First round will conclude in around 10 days. In physical counselling candidate have to first visit jkbopee office then in morning they have to fill a prefrence form and 1000₹ payment (counselling fee)..This all procedure is written by malik adnan, K.G.JK owner.. After filling forms they will be called one by one by counselling comittee and comittee will show you all the available seats at your turn, so you can choose any of the available seat, and you get confirmation there, students have also choice that if there is not intrested seat available you can opt for CNA (CHOICE NOT AVAILABLE), and if you opt for CNA you are eligible in 2nd round..This all procedure is written by malik adnan, K.G.JK owner.. After 1st round gets completed (e.g in 10 days) jkbopee will release selection list in which you can find your name and alloted college and then you have to visit respective college for admission.

[This was the procedure for physical round as conducted for this entrance for last two years. But jkbopee can also conduct first round online like fo NEET courses. In online you have to simply submit choices in prefrence order and 1000 fee, then they will release selection list and u can find your name and then you have to visit college for admission. But there are less chances of online counselling as jkbopee has not conducted online counselling for theses courses in past two years. only first round can be conducted online. 2nd and third rounds are always conducted physically.]

           

2nd round of counselling:

After last date for first round admission, jkbopee recieves list of vacant seats from colleges, (seats get vacant as all the students do not complete admission the reason is that are not intrested.

So jkbopee conducts 2nd round in which they can raise rank limit (say e.g 4500) then they will release schedule as in first round and students has to visit accordingly. But there are some limits for second round:

1. Candidates who got college in first round but did not joined alloted college is not eligible for second round..This all procedure is written by malik adnan, K.G.JK owner..

2. All the candidates who got college admitted themselves in college are eligible and can change college if available at their turn, they will get fee and docs refunded from previous college.

3. All the candidates (upto cutoff rank e.g 4500) who have not participated in first round are eligible.

4. Candidates who have opted SNA/CNA  are eligible in all rounds

The procedure for 2nd round is same as first physical round.

After 2nd round gets completed jkbopee will release selection list of 2nd round and candidates have to visit alloted college for admission.

           

3rd round of counselling:

3rd round is also conducted due to vacancies. Jkbopee may further increase cut-off rank (say e.g upto 4500)..This all procedure is written by malik adnan, K.G.JK owner.. In this round jkbopee on first day of this round calls only category candidates upto cutoff rank and if any category seat remains it is converted into open merit then on 2nd day and onwards of 3rd round seats are filled under open merit. It has also some rules

 1.Candidates who got college in 2nd round but did not joined alloted college is not eligible for 3rd round

2.Candidates who got college in first round but did not joined alloted college is eligible for 3rd round

3. Candidates who upgraded or changed in 2nd round are not eligible in 3rd round.

4. Candidates who have not participated in any round are eligible.

After completing 3rd round 3rd selection list will be released and candidates have to complete admission in respective colleges

4th round is rare, in 2020 jkbopee conducted 4th round but in 2021 bopee did not conducted 4th round.
