JKBOPEE B-PHARMACY: HOW TO APPLY, DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORMAT HERE AND KNOW LAST DATE

As already notified JKBOPEE has released application forms for B-PHARMACY course 2022. Students have to apply in offline mode. The students have to submit application on prescribed format along with self attested documents upto july 25 in jkbopee offices srinagar or jammu. The aplication format is atached below and students can also download it in PDF format from link given below.
With pdf we have also attached TFW certificate (INCOME CERTIFICATE), this is only for candidates who want to apply under TFW category (Tuition Fee Waiver). For TFW those candidates are eligible whose yearly income is below 4.50 lac. These candidates have to make income certificate whose format is attached with pdf.
List of self attested documents to be submitted along with Application form:
1. Domicile certificate
2. 10th marks card or 10th board certificate
3. 12th marks card
4. Category certificate (including TFW) if applicable
Candidates have to also pay application fee of ₹ 1500
