Age Limit

Selection Process of PGCIL Engineer Trainee Recruitment through GATE 2025
The Selection Process consists of marks obtained in the corresponding paper of GATE 2025, Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
Eligible candidates will have to appear for the corresponding paper of GATE 2025, i.e. Electrical Engineering (EE) / Electronics and Communication (EC) / Civil Engineering (CE)/ Computer Science Engineering (CS).
Salary of PGCIL Engineer Trainees
Basic Pay is Rs. 40,000/-. On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Engineer in E2 scale – Rs. 50,000/- 3%- 1,60,000/-.
Application Fee
Applicants are advised to pay an Application fee of Rs. 500/-. However, SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM/DEx-SM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
